Amoking Compressor : Three cylinders 3-1/4" (82.65mm) bore, 3" (76.20mm) stroke high volumetric efficiency, quiet operation and long life attained by accurate machining and close inspection of each part. Compressor is run in, completely tested washed and dehydreated.

Crank Case & Cylinder Body : Integral casting of semi steel with fined cylinders and large oil separating suction chamber, cylinders are diamond bored and honed resulting in absolutely round, accurately aligned bores with miror like finish. The maximum tolerance is 0.0005" antifrication white metal is used for main bearings which are accurately bored and grooved for perfect lubrication. Visible oil level sight glass and large oil filter hole provided.

Piston & Wrist Pins : Pistons of cast nicke' chrome iron are accurately machined and balanced. Bronze gudgeon pin bushes are fitted in piston along with three compression rings, one oil ring of top quality. Gudgeon pins of case hardened alloy steel are fitted in the pistons.

Connecting Rods : Forged steel-with white metal bearings. Crankpin and Gudgeon pin bores are accurately machined.

Crank Shaft : Top quality forged steel with accurately lapped bearing surface statically balanced with counter weights. Side and bearing clearances are minimum.

Compressor Seal : Non corrosive flexible lubricated Mechanical type.

Valve Plates : Both suction and discharge valves are contained in valve plate. Valve seats of high brinell hardness, accurately ground and lapped. Better design, ultra superior valve steel discs and large gas passaves results in high efficiency low friction and quiet operation.

Lubrication : Splash system supplies lubricant to all bearing, seal and cylinder walls, oil level should be in the centre of sight glass.

Motor : Suitable H.P. three phase squirrel case induction motor especially designed with high starting torque and low power consumption.

Starter : Direct on line type with low voltage and bimetal thermal overload protection and push button reset. For remote mounting.

Suction Strainer & Oil Seprator : Large removable screen fitted, in suction chamber completely protect valves. Low gas velocity causes separation of entrained oil from suction gas.
